Employee advocacy, measured.
Your people reach networks the company page will never enter. This is how that reach is tracked, scored and reported: a credible, measured distribution channel rather than a guess.

Cohorts are recruited and trained in person, with consultations for senior leadership. Advok is how the results are measured and reported to Marketing leadership each month.
A sample of the measurement results
18 posts · 646 unique engagers · a leading Jordanian bank, first five weeks
Measured over the first five weeks of one programme, before its cohort programme had run. Employee share is the baseline that work exists to move.
What you get
- Participation
- Share of cohort members active each week
- Member activity
- Average engagements per member per month
- Page performance
- Engagements, comments and reposts per post, month over month
- Employee share
- Percentage of total post engagement coming from employees
- Advocate pipeline
- New employee engagers each month, candidates for the next cohort
What you actually receive

Your people
- Cohorts trained in person, not sent a slide deck.
- Top contributors and biggest movers named every month, so the work is seen.
- A standing list of employees to invite into the next cohort.
- The skill stays inside the company after the engagement ends.
How it works
No employee ever connects their LinkedIn account or hands over a password. Advok reads engagement that is already public on the company's own posts.
Reach beyond the page
Every employee has a professional network of their own. When employees engage with the company's content or share it, that content reaches circles the company page may never reach on its own.
Greater credibility
What an employee says about their company is received differently from the messages a brand publishes about itself. That is where an employee's strength as a genuine ambassador lies.
A stronger reputation as an employer
When candidates see real employees talking about their company and sharing its content, a more realistic and credible picture of the workplace takes shape.
Impact that lasts
The programme does not build a temporary campaign. It builds a group of employees able to create content, engage, and sustain a professional presence, so the knowledge and the skill stay inside the organisation after the programme ends.
Data & security
- Engagement records are kept for a window the customer configures, up to a maximum of 24 months.
- Each customer programme is held in its own dedicated store.
- LinkedIn data is not transferred to third parties except service providers acting under contract.
- Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes; service credentials sit in a separate secret store.
- On account closure, associated data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
